Armwrestling is a game of control. Control the setup, control the hand, control the opponent. However, most armwrestlers ignore the most important part of the match, the referee! Referee’s are an integral part of the sport and can influence the match pending small differences in the way they set the pullers up.

As an armwrestler you must learn to subtly manipulate the referee into giving you that little advantage at the start of the match. Referees will tell you that they cannot be manipulated, however, after 10+ years of referee manipulation, “Uncle” Jon Thompson begs to differ. In this video you will learn to control the referee and your opponent through distraction, confusion and most importantly by being nice.
